Is this suitable for our company?
Our usual clients have 30 to 300 staff. The best starting point is a repeated process that takes up too much staff time.
Do we need to replace our software?
Usually no. We start with your current Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp Business, CRM, ERP and spreadsheets.
Which AI model do you use?
We choose the model based on accuracy, cost and the job. Our systems are model-agnostic, so you can change providers later without rebuilding everything.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
The job pauses and goes to a staff member. This is called human-in-the-loop, and we decide the checkpoints with you before launch.
How do you prove it works?
We test the system using real examples and record what passes or fails. These tests are called evals. We also track time saved, accuracy and running cost.
